MEET ALLI ROUND THE WORLD

Hi, and welcome to Alli Round the World! 

 

I’m Allison Carone, a graduate student in Amsterdam by day and a solo traveler by daydream. Solo female travel challenges me the best version of myself; it brings out a new, independent, badass chick inside of me that loves to challenge herself, expand her perceptions of the world, and appreciate the beauty in all walks of life. I do my best to capture this through travel photography and storytelling, and help others recognize the courage they have inside to live out their craziest travel dreams. 

 

My motto is "life is short and the world is wide." That motto has taken me on fast-paced, worldwind trips to over 60 countries in the last 3 years. I'm not a full-time travel blogger - I'm either working full time or studying full time (or both), which means I like to make the most of what precious vacation days I get. I specialize in weekend getaway blogs, 48 hour guides, and quick trip tips to many of the most exciting getaways around the world to help others like me who don't have a ton of time to travel really pack the most into their vacation days. I hope you find some inspiration and value from my little piece of the internet.
